15.1 Delivery times stated on our website are approximate only. While we endeavor to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, please call us for the most accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

• Our third-party courier experiencing unexpected issues, such as a vehicle breakdown
• Our inventory system updates daily, so it is possible for an item to run out of stock due to a sale and still show as 'in-stock' until the next system update
• The meaning of 'in-stock' generally indicates that we have at least one unit of the specific product in stock at the time of your order. If you order multiple units, there may be a longer wait. Please call us before placing your order to confirm availability.
• Your order contains an item or items with a longer lead time. In such cases, we will dispatch your order once all items are ready.
• Delivery outside of England may take longer, for example, orders shipped to Scotland.
